Plan it - Prepare your meeting
Create an agenda for the meeting with descriptions of meeting bullets and attached material. Attendees receive the agenda via e-mail and can prepare for the meeting in a good way.
Do it - Execute the meeting
A protocol is swiftly written by adding notes, decision, and actions with responsible persons and end date. All protocols are collected in a structured way in the tool.
Review it - Follow up
Meeting attendees can access the protocol via e-mail and can directly report the progress of their actions. Summaries of meeting and meeting series make it easy to see what is completed and what is not.
